Improve health and well-being
Participants will increase their body awareness in the following ways
- Physical – how does moving my body move?
- should I be doing this movement / eating this? Is it causing my body harm?
- Emotional – hear the emotions stored in the body in order to release them
- Thought connection – each thought affects the body, for example: anxiety, sadness
- Relaxation / meditation – retune , harmonise , balance
